Here at Weiss-IT Inc. we take pride in our services and in doing so guarantee your satisfaction. Our work is backed by 30-day warranty against premature failure, installation defects, and other unsatisfactory results.

What is your hardware warranty policy?

In general our products come with a 1-year or more manufactures warranty. This covers failure, defects, and more. In most cases the product is returned and replaced by the manufacture or vendor.

Do you accept partial payments?

For equipment purchases over $500.00 Weiss-IT requires at minimum 1/2 total equipment costs up front. Followed by the remaining half upon completion. Consulting and Service charges are subject to Net-30 payment terms. Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Debit, or Credit. ***WE DO NOT OFFER FINANCING OF ANY SORT.***
